Qualification:

• Male with minimum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum Graduate from Diploma Degree in the related field (IT).
• Experience min 2 – 5 years in the related field.
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
• Have a good attitude: Responsible and discipline, Critical thinking, Team oriented, Able to work in the very short schedule, Customer service oriented.
• Willing to work until late at night and/or on weekends.

Skill:

• Hardware troubleshooting: desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, headset, cables, audio video devices, projectors, etc.
• Software troubleshooting: os, office, browsers, vpn, vnc, remote desktop, active directory, etc.
• Installation and maintenance.
• Network, server upgrade and troubleshooting.
• Firewall setup, security & settings.
• LAN, VLAN and Cat. 6 and up crimping procedure.
• Input data & inventory control.
• Mass operating systems deployment.
• Server group policy object.
• Knowledge in virtualization is an advantage.

Additional Information:

Base: Jakarta Pusat.
Full time (Monday to Friday, 8 – 5) + Saturday (once per month/ by request).
